CLASSIC CORE RANGE
Our name derives from Edinburgh’s Calton Hill, which was originally called Caltoun, meaning Cold Town. Since the 16th Century Edinburgh has been a brewer’s city. Opinions vary why, but the quality of our natural water and ease of access to first class local barley, makes the city an ideal place for brewing beer. Cold Town Beer.
LAB° RANGE
Our small batch LAB° range is deliberately experimental. When these beers have made it into a can like this – you know it’s already gone down well with our draught drinkers. LAB° brews are strictly limited editions.
CO–LAB° RANGE
Collaborations provide an opportunity for our brewers to learn new techniques and experiment with different ingredients. Our CO–LAB° range is strictly limited and these brews are the result of partnerships with some of our favourite breweries.
