We are thrilled to announce our latest seasonal release: PURE BALTIC COLD IPA (5.3%).
Fermented at a chilly 15C, rather than the standard 18C, this gives us a crisp and clean fermentation character and allows the 100% Mosaic hops to take centre stage, because oh boy do they deserve it!
Mosiac are a big deal in brewing and for good reason. They’re great, they’re citrusy, they’re zesty. This beer showcases just how versatile the West Coast hop is – full of character and low on bitterness for an easy spring smasher.
