It’s simple, sour, subtly sweet and bright pink to boot – in fact, our Raspberry Miami Weisse is a little like our head brewer.

Commonly known as the champagne of the north, this is a fantastically fresh style of beer. Additions of raspberry create a zingy and bright brew that feels a little like a refreshing Kir Royale cocktail. The Raspberry Miami Weisse has everything you could want in the warming weather and bright sun.

Collection is from Cold Town House, 4 Grassmarket, Edinburgh EH1 2JU. Collection is available Sunday – Friday 12pm – 7pm. We currently require 24 hour notice for all pick up orders while we trial this option.

We currently require you to order ahead for all collection orders. You can do this by selecting “Click here to pickup this item” on the basket page in the product information section. You will then be able to select your pick up date on the next page.
