OUR RANGE

Whilst Dunedin Street may be home to our lager and pale ale, brewing 2000L batches, ready to keg and deliver to bars and restaurants across Scotland, Cold Town House is where the experimental recipes come to life. Our 500L micro-brewery, nestled within the Pizza and Prosecco Bar, sees a huge range of new and exciting brews flowing through the pipes, from Peach Summer Ales to Bramble Sours.

Crisp, fresh and session-able, a lager which refreshes without sacrificing mouthfeel and flavour. A malty backbone gives the base for this lager, leading to delicate top notes of citrus and elderflower.

RASPBERRY BERLINNER WEISSE

For Basic Bitches

Tart, Sour and fruity, this classic German style wheat beer is impregnated with lactic acid bacteria, producing a soft, tingling acidity which is balanced by fruity sweetness from all-natural raspberry addition. If you love a shot of Chambord in your prosecco, you’ll love this

Our take on a traditional German Festbier, this beer has a full malty backbone, balanced bu a gentle bitterness. We dryhop this liberally with Traditional German Mittlefruh and Tettnang hops to give a slightly spicy and floral aroma.

UNAGI BEER

Ah, Salmon Skin Roll

Crisp Clean and dry, a gentle malty base is the perfect backbone to showcase the Japanese hop, Sorachi Ace which gives this beer a nose of Gorse flowers, hints of citrus fruit and soft herbal flavours on the pallet, perfect paired with Gyoza.
